Best possible and perfect position, we enjoyed staying here.
The room we had included central heating, a fridge, and an iron. Location: the hotel was short walk to the center above the cat museum as well as the square with a big tree.

Everything was perfect during 1 day, enjoyed its magnificent location just next door to the old town, and a very calm square in the old town. The room was QUIET and exceptionally comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Need to add that mountain view was a good bonus.

I recently stayed at a lovely guesthouse in the heart of the old town for 4 nights. The location was perfect, with a balcony overlooking a charming square. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the Wi-fi worked well. The rooms were comfortable and the shared bathroom was clean. For those wanting to experience the atmosphere of old Kotor without luxury or extreme privacy, I highly recommend this place.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The location in the heart of the old town offers a perfect blend of nature and culture. The balcony overlooks a beautiful square with a majestic old tree and provides a view of the fortress and mountains. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the shared kitchen is a nice bonus. The host, Ms. Vosnh, is a wonderful woman who goes the extra mile by offering fruits and snacks every morning. The comfortable room also has a terrace with a scenic mountain view.
Felt completely at ease and had no complaints at all.

I had a wonderful stay at Guesthouse Nikoleta in a prime location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. the family, run establishment ensured that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the hosts were extremely welcoming and even offered me coffee and biscuits upon arrival. the balcony provided a stunning view of a small square and the mountains. the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a complete kitchen and a clean shower/toilet. the thoughtful details, such as having two pillows and a heater, made my stay even more enjoyable. The courtyard, which belonged to an old monastery and featured a 500, year, old tree, created a wonderful atmosphere. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! 😊.

Great value for money, clean room with a comfortable bed and a shared but conveniently located bathroom. The location is unbeatable, right in the center but still peaceful, with a lovely terrace. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, offering us coffee and Easter eggs upon arrival.
One small suggestion to make the breakfast option better would be to include a wider variety of choices.

The rooms at Guesthouse Nikoleta are cozy and comfortable, with a wardrobe to keep all your belongings organized. The balcony offers a stunning mountain view, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening relaxation. The kitchenette is a great bonus for us vegetarians and vegans, allowing us to prepare our own meals.
Personally, I would have preferred a private bathroom instead of a shared one, but I understand that others may not mind.
